Statement

My work is an examination of human behavior in the face of fear and the unknown, and the ways in which it manifests itself through societal structures and practices.
I source the images in my paintings from all areas of mass media photography, from the past to the present, and "collage" them together to create new narratives that investigate and scrutinize the darker aspects of these behavioral patterns in greater depth.
